This place is terrible!!!!! I have lived here for 2 years and when my lease is up I will be moving. Year one, I just moved to the city didn t know much and this place is close to the L train (next door) and really convenient. I deal with roaches which I clean up, and was my own exterminator...but after 3 months or so i have to exterminate again, because they are that bad. The mice are terrible...

Can't understand why a simple rehab job can't be completed within a 2 yr. period? I suppose when you try to avoid hiring professional contractors, and get free labor from people who already work for you, you'll never get the job done right. Good luck in stiffing the Feds and the city for the money you took and didn't finish the rehab work on purpose. They'll recoup the money back one way or...

I lived here for six years. The property is run down and filthy. There's a hideous mice, roach and bedbug infestation. I had to replace a 2 yr old mattress and box spring set that I had paid more than $2000 for. The common areas are filthy.
