I NEVER consented to the multiple procedures that Dr. Barek did to me. He ruined my life!!!!!! He is a sick disguisting indiviual!!!!! My life is ruined because of him, I cant function!!! I cant believe a surgeon would do this to somebody!!! Why!!! Why!!!! I trusted this sick indiviual.

You knew you should have never performed surgery on me and you did.. You never did a pre op on me for me to understsnd to make an educated informe decision. You did whatever you wanted to me while was under anesthesia. You used and decieved me for your own financial gain. This was intentional what you did to me. You stood over me with a knife and cut and cut with no regard for me or my life....
