When I called for a service call I was told $95.00 which included an hours labor and material, the service people come to the house don't even let us know they are there and leave a bill for $140.00. I have been using this Mom & Pop pool supply store since the 70's. Thay are very knowledgable and will go out of their way to help you out and explain how to do it yourself if that is what you want. The service and store personel are first class. Ask for it and they get it for you without question.

These guys are A**HOLES! Complete rip off company. They dont know Jack sh!t about anything. Did three service calls at my house and all they said was to add salt!!! turns out my board and salt sensor was bad and needed to be replaced.. they are a joke a of a pool business. this is why the place gets no business.
