This is a terrible place with rude staff. If you did not buy your floor here, do not even bother going in to look for any accessory pieces. stay clear from this business they are nice and all but if you have a problem they just keep saying we are working on it I'll call you tomorrow but tomorrow never comes I've spent thousands of dollars on flooring and you would think they would stand behide their products but not the case here.

I went to this store and was treated to some of the rudest comments by a salesperson I have encountered. This person implied that if I thought his prices were high I may not really want quality materials. I loved this place, the salesman was amazing. Helped me with all my questions and pick out the best carpet for me since I have 2 young kids man i needed something strong, durable and easy to clean. I got it and can happily walk on my new carpet with my bare feet everyday! Thank you for all your help. I recommend you guys to all my friends
