I was a first time buyer. I bought a card reader and it turned out to be the wrong one. I tried to return it and they said I opened the package and would not take it back. They would not refund my $62.00. The manager called me back and hung up on me when I asked them why I could not get a refund. Worst experience ever. Buy from anyone else but these people!
