We are locally owned and owner operated. We strive to be a positive part of our neighborhood. We pride ourselves in being clean and secure. We provide carts and dollys for easy move in. Our entire 3 story building is heated. Full temperature control is available on the first floor. Free meeting room/ work space with wi-fi. Shelving available to rent for $5/mo. Delivery acceptance available w/ email notification. Mailboxes for rent. Copies, faxes, coffee, water, clean restroom available in the office. Solar panels on the roof and full mixed recycling available. Free shredding event every September. We donate to charity for every tenant that moves in with us.
