Just came in for an oil change and the customer service was above and beyond. I had my Labrador retriever with me and they offered us both a ride in the shuttle because I had an important errand to run.

I have used Ford of Ventura and formerly Barber Ford to service my 04 Excursion since moving back to Ventura in Nov 2007. All oil changes and scheduled services have been done there. I always had a really good experience but my experience last month wiped out all my previous good visits.

Never been so disappointed. They actually told me there was a lien on my car for $1665 and this amount had to be added to the purchase price.
