Purchased a BBQ from Glendale BBQs Galore that would take 3 weeks to get from Weber. It ended up taking 6 and the unit was delivered to my home damaged. Took another 3 weeks to resolve the matter and ended up settling for a different model(in store) that I could have purchased at Home Depot. Staff was cordial but not attentive to situation at all. I received NO communication, calls or updates from them unless I initiated. The only way the matter was solved was when I contacted customer service at the main office in Texas. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a BBQ from BBQs Galore.
