Carbone has been on my priority list for a long time but somehow, other places have always preceded it. Carbone serves old-school Italian classics such as veal parm, meatballs and loads of red sauce. This 1200 square foot bar features LCD TVS, floor-to-ceiling windows & a state-of-the-art lighting & sound system. Dark wooden walls, white-striped porcelain floors, beige aged leather banquettes & a marble-top bar create a comfortable yet elegant gathering spot.
