303 was a delite, being able to watch the cooks while they made my food was fun. The restaurant is elegant but comfortable. The food was incredible and little twists on classic dishes were executed to perfection. I can't wait to go back. Elixirs, the lounge upstairs was awesome! Unique cocktails and plenty of couches to lounge on. not to mention the tiger print carpet!

well, they do put on a decent front. But when it comes down to it, a fronts a front. Attempted exploitation of the uncultured comsumer. Shame on slimies.

I visited 303 expecting to dine at "one of the area's more exclusive establishments," however I found nothing to be exceptional. Overall the dining experience was average, but I’m not sure what all the fuss was about.

Casper has never had a restaurant of this caliber, we felt like we were in Vegas or San Francisco. We hope this one is here to stay. The service, food and the atmosphere was worth the price we paid. The 'Dine around the World' menu and passport will be so much fun. We plan on 'pairing' every month!!!
