If I could give Bank of America ZERO stars I would!!! Why flippin bother having a damn greeter at the front door but only ONE damn teller working???? Never flippin fails!!!! To make matters worse, I ask if another teller will be opening and am told "yes in just a minute".Well ain't this a bitch, as soon as she opens the first damn teller closes!!!!!! Ugh!!!!!!!

Worst Branch in the area.. find another bank.. always difficult to work with. All they do is want to sell you something. Watched them refuse customer after customer from cashing Bof A Checks.. Find a Credit Union.. I only stay because it's the biggest bank in the US and it's convenient around the country. Time to keep reducing the balance.

Went in today and had to interact with the so called manager by the name of Susan Martinez. She was the epitome of rude and unprofessional. Bank of America has set the bar incredibly low to have her represent them . She has absolutely zero customer service skills, and doesn't know how to deliver …

This is the slowest bank in the history known to man, the people working here must hate their lives sooooo much that the only sick pleasure they must get is making people suffer in line.I know the bank sucks in general but Christ this place is truly the 7 circle of hell. If you think I'm kidding or being a dick come down and see so yourself!
