Went to Bank of America to close an account. Went first to St. Pete Beach where they appeared to have no-one in the Bank. A frustrated customer told me that all the employees were busy......I left...

I came to this branch because this is the only branch that open on the weekends. I came to this one and made me wait for more than an hour then couldn't help me with my problem and bad service too.
