We have been waiting for bank to open for 25 min. It's 9:25 am and they still closed. Suppose to open at 9:00. Group of people just making a line outside of the bank ?!

I've been to this branch of BOA for countless times to help my international student friends open up their accounts, and never did any of my visit feel like a hassle. Service is fast and simple....
