So crowded here on Saturday! Yet, not enough tellers (2) despite branch manager knowing this. ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH... chase is superior.

Busiest branch in Ktown. ATM machines work about a quarter of the time. Don't go in the beginning or end of the month unless you're trying to join a mosh pit.
