....well, I thought once it is a nice, well organized bank. Unfortunately, I have to admit that it is not. They do not cooperate with the customer. I was calling them 3 times and they never called me back ! Really frustrated. So just keep in mind, every time you want to do something you will have to meet them in person - nobody will talk with you on the phone or will call you back. ....
a great organization to bank with. the tellers are mostly cheerful and friendly. MOST of their atms are depository, and i have never had to stand in line over a minute. the only drawback is location.there are two locations in knoxville and ALL of the atms are near the bank itself.
