Worst bank ever! Teller (yelena) rude. 1 handicap parking spot. So far from the door anyway. Drive thru closed even when it says open 9 - 4. It's just after 1 pm.

Since when does BOA close at 4pm!! I was rushing from the office to make a deposit and the BANK WAS CLOSED!! I had to drive another 15 mins to the BOA inside of a supermarket and to top it off when I called the other BOA person didn't even know the address to the open BOA. WOW!! Is BOA getting to big for the little folks that have to work until 5pm!!
