MADE ME WONDER...WAS I UP SOLD??

We needed new shut off valves under sink to supply water to our refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. A job I wanted to do myself but figured a professional was worth the price. The plumber took care of the job but then came out with my faucet in hand and said it had a broken cartridge. It leaked a little for us but I just figured I would replace the whole thing later. Bangerts sent a gentleman right out to review our water main- leaking- in- the- yard problem.
He listened, reviewed, made suggestions, then hopped on his cell and made it happen. We met him at 10am on Monday. He had metro and utitliy folks over by lunch. We had water service and yard back in order by 6pm. Incredible service. We are very grateful and thought you should know!
