We put Max on the "puppy plan" right after we got him. Everyone we have dealt with on the staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. They are very thorough and it's very obvious they love all the animals they treat. The prices are very reasonable, as well. I had an emergency with our dog 15 minutes before closing time.I called them and they didnt ask were we patients all they said was come in now. 2 hours...

Dr. Pearson missed diagnosed my puppy and he would have died if I had not taken him to another veterinarian. Thank goodness my puppy is alive and well now. I spoke to Dr. Pearson on the phone and he was very apologetic and also spoke to Banfield Pet Hospital corporate office. Corporate office said someone would get in touch with me in a few days, never happened. The BBB has them rated as D- no surprise there. Best to take your pet to another veterinarian to start with.

Dr Pearson and his staff treated my Bella like she was one of theirs. They gave me an estimate before they did anything with her and waited for my approval. Their prices are real reasonable and Bella Loved them.
