Took my computer to Bamjac to get some expensive hardware replaced. Turns out it was just some software issues the problem was fixed I was only charged for the service done and I saved a ton of...

“Where your computer leaves fast,” the Bamjac motto is simply not true. My computer was in their shop for 48 days and was still unfixed when I had finally had enough and brought it home. Their customer interactions skills were pathetic; I was confident that I had diagnosed the problem correctly and I printed out the manual showing exactly where the issue had occurred—they didn’t even take it...

PATHETIC treatment given to me, my wife, and my computer. Unapologetic, snotty techs, destroyed a new screen I took there to be installed, can't return it because they scratched it in the process of learning that it was the wrong screen. Condescending pricks. Mjay isn't qualified to be a birdbath cleaner. Everyone screws up, but these guys lost me with the way they acted after they screwed up...
