Help us make it rightWho would think that the worst graphics place in the whole Dallas area is in downtown Richardson? We couldn't have been more unhappy with the work they did for us (signs, banners and printing were all done poorly)! No other company we've ever worked with has given us worse service, more inflated prices (and didn't honor the written quotes we were given beforehand) and more infuriating visits. All in all, the most unprofessional staff we've ever worked with (especially the racist counter guy who 'works' on signs)! (Edited June 08, 2008)

I used to be their customer but now i will never order anything from there! their pressman does terrible jobs, all faded and can't cut straight, really disappointed, and there's this guy named Kahle , a racist and very rude..the other employees are 2 women , mother & daughter are ilegal aliens , same as the press operator,all related, don't know anything about customer service, and the owner should get fined and inmigration should pay them a visit too. Not only was the quality bad, the order not done on time or properly and the price wrong ( the 'actual cost' was twice what we were quoted), the biker-looking counter guy turned out to be a racist...we overheard him make several nasty ethnic remarks about customers when he obviously thought we couldn't hear him.
