Both my wife and daughter have gone to Ballard Optical. They both had a great experience. My daughter had a hard time picking the pair of frames she wanted because the selection was so large!

I've worked with this group in the past just to get glasses and have always left feeling a little off. I like the store. It's a cute cozy little place. The gals up front are.... well.... inattentive at times. I believe once I went in and the lady up front was more focused on lunchtime than helping me. I digress...
