I think the author is confused.

Clearly, Angie's List offered the author's "real" clients many avenues
in which to voice their opinions. Angie's List is known to be fair and extremely cautious
when rendering decisions of this nature. It seems to me the author isn't being 100%
forthright. What more could he want from Angie's List? I think the author
is confused. Why would he post Mr. Hock's response? It completely ...
