I had my house rekeyed by Baldwin Locksmith Store - their customer service was great from answering my call to scheduling John to complete the job. He was very knowledgable, reliable and got the job done. They were also able to be at my house within a short period of time when I locked myself out. I highly recommend them.

The tech was a total professional and actually SHOWED UP ON TIME! He quickly installed the replacement piece to my Baldwin entry system and explained to me why it had failed. Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Locksmith Company in Plano , TX ! I'd almost lock myself out just to experience good service that is so rare these days!

We had lost our mailbox key, and couldn't find it for a week, so I gave a call to Baldwin Locksmith Store and they was able to come by after I got home from work, and was able to free our weeks worth of mail and replace our lock within 15 min.

I called Baldwin Locksmith Store after hours during a week day to request a replacement fixture and lock installation on my door. They sent someone the following morning. They were incredibly professional, accessible, and provided a high quality service. I would highly recommend them. They are also one of the oldest locksmiths in Plano , TX. Love supporting mom and pops!

Baldwin Locksmith Store was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.
