Bad barbecue. Brisket and ribs were tough and lacking flavor. Sauce is poor. Mac and cheese was ok. Green beans and okra were ok. Won't be back.
Awful barbecue. For Bakers to have grown into a minichain is a sad commentary on the level of barbecue knowledge in Dallas County. It has no place on the Ft Worth side of town but it will likely thrive being in this touristy spot.
