I ordered a anniversary cake for my husband and sent them a photo of our original wedding cake to remake. Not only did it not look the same, they left the floral decorations off the top of the cake- the one piece that was most recognizable on our cake. I was so upset and Bake N Cakes didn't do anything to fix the situation when I called. So disappointed.

Butter makes it better... I love the filled cupcakes, my favorite is the German chocolate with black forest making a strong 2nd.

I brought in a picture of what I wanted for my daughter's Birthday cake and they were very accommodating. The cake looked perfect and my daughter loved it! Thank you!

My experience today makes me see why they have low ratings. I wish I had paid attention to this before ordering my daughter's birthday cake. They made a mistake on a frosting decoration--not a big...
