The food arrived warm and sauce was spilled all over the bag. The rice was dry and the orange chicken was hard. The pot stickers and soup were awesome which is why they're still getting two stars.

The order never came. I waited an hour 40 minutes, called them, and they blamed Seamless for never giving them the order. I call Seamless, and they confirmed the restaurant received the order. When Seamless tried to re-enter the order, they said their chef had left and they would not fill it. This is abysmal service for a restaurant that is supposed to do delivery. I will never order from them...

On the sixth floor at the 900 N. Michigan Shops (which houses Bloomingdale's) there is a pan-Asian restaurant called Baisi Thai. The spacious restaurant is tucked away from the crowd-infested sidewalks of Michigan Avenue, has a great view of the lake, and has a menu full of options. It is always quiet when I go there for the lunch buffet and there is never a line.

This is one of the best places in Chicago for thai food! They have quality food with reasonable prices. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant or the location in Oak Brook.
