the management of this apartment has no respect for children's needs to play outside
They also do nothing for renewing tenants such as updating carpets, or painting or
even a simple thing such as giving you toilet seat..I had topay off maintenance with a 5.00 bill to get one.

its true that you get what you pay for. this place is worth the money. Its pretty quite and its well maintained. The staff is nice. Maintenance only work Monday through Friday but they work til 5 and are there is a emergency line. I had problems with my toilet and they replaced it the next day. The place is called Bainbridge now and I see them doing updates all the time. I hear construction...

Dont even think of this apartment complex if you have kids. You kids will be afraid to move out of your apartment.
The apartment complex has turned out to be a trash in the last 1 yr.
Fairfield properties are one of the worst management companies and the manager at bainbidge goes with the reputation.
