Editorial reviews from the web (2)

Winemaker Phil Baily is recognized for growing grapes that produce hearty red wines—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, and a French-style Meritage. There's a gourmet gift shop and a restaurant, Carol's, that is locally popular for lunch and dinner.

Founded in 1986 by Phil Baily and family, guests enjoy Bordeaux varietals, celebrated Rieslings, more at this medieval-inspired tasting room.

The tasting room and restaurant at Baily Winery are chateaux-like, with stone brick walls, tall ceilings and sculpted "Griffins" overlooking the grounds.

Winemaker Phil Baily and Chef Carol Baily have created a lovely place for wine and food lovers. I liked the overall feeling of the tasting room here, very relaxed, chill place.. =)

In ShortA tall grey building with imposing height, stacked gargoyles and on-guard armored knights belies a friendly, family-run with a long history in the Temecula Valley. A wall of wood placards and ribbons speaks to the accolades the all-estate grown wines, planted on 32 acres throughout four family-owned vineyards in the Valley. Though best known for Bordeaux varietals like Cabs and Merlot, the winery also produces Italian grapes such as Sangiovese. Their first planting was an off-dry riesling, known for pairing with pork and Chinese food.

Business description (1)

This family winery produces wine from their own grapes, found over 69 acres in five different locations in the Temecula Valley, using a state-of-the-art production facility. Enjoy these fantastic wines and a gourmet meal at their restaurant, Carol's.
