Horrible Horrible Business! If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Slow to return phone calls, never called to let us know when the job would be done, once the job was done they removed too much. When we called to inform them of this they literally laughed in our face. Worst experience possible-regret ever calling them. Save your time, money and headache!

I don't usually bother to write these types of reveiws but felt like I had to share my experience with Bailey Stump & Tree. I have had a huge Oak tree in my front yard since I purchased the home in 1988. As the roots began to grow up and damage my driveway and sidewalk I knew I had to call someone. After explaining my situation to owner Michael Bailey he assured me that he could help and would come out the very next day to evaluate the situation. Horrible service, completely untrustworthy

Had to have a tree removed from the yard this spring and was quoted $1500. Bailey's took their sweet time, taking forever to get to work, left a massive mess in the yard that they refused to clean up, the owner was rude and kept changing his story and they trampled on and ruined our flower garden. And the cherry on top? When we finally received our bill it was $1000 more than he quoted and said ""our quotes are only good for 30 days, we gave you that quote 5 weeks ago."" Don't use, you will be sorry.
