The management for some of the departments treat the workers like trash especially the lease labor.they don't want to provide the proper tools example: shop 16 Q.A. dept. Will not give the employee a computer to look up the documents for a inspection or a company phone for business use. Then when they find full time employment with other companies they ban them from the yard.
