They came out twice and still didn't get the work done. Each time they came they stated they needed another tool to complete the job. They tried to complete a one day job in 5 days. They didn't end up collecting a fee from me even though they stated a manager will call me on arranging a fee but I was pretty disappointed with the way it was handled.
