Went into Back to Bed to look at buying a few beds. The salesman "Alan" went through the available choices and explained the differences. But in no way pushy just to get a sale. I did make a purchase and set up a delivery time and date.

The delivery was set up for the following week. The delivery was on time and the gentlemen making the delivery were friendly and courteous.

GREAT prices! Patient, Friendly and Prompt! Knowledgeable of EVERY product! Some employees actually own some of the beds so they can relate with personal experience. We received a Great price on their miForma memory bed are very pleased with our purchase! and the store manager Garret was a pleasure to work with.
