Update - stains were not removed & they had the nerve to try to charge me for re-clean. I argued my way out of it. Again, I'm never returning there.

I really wanted to like this place... The first time I brought my laundry there my brand new towels (had just wanted to wash them before using) were returned with massive brown stains on them....
