I bought a crib and dresser here. When I was about to assemble the crib I noticed that the paint finish was not smooth and that there was 2-3 patches without paint. They sent out a technician to fix it. He did not do a good job and there were still patches without paint. When I called and complained again they said that the technicians report said that he fixed everything to our satisfaction. When I said that I wasn't satisfied with the result they started to complain about the cost for the technician etc. The cost of the technician is irrelevant for me when they deliver a product with...

I really liked the selection and the overall helpfulness of the store employees when it came to finding the right furniture. HOWEVER...once we purchased the crib, changing table, dresser, Glider, and ottoman we were given the run around. They told us everything would be in between 2 and 12 weeks. It has now been 14 weeks and we are still waiting for the changing table. I was told that it is ready but it won't be in for another week or 2. I was told this 2 weeks ago as well. Apparently it is just sitting on a truck somewhere waiting for the truck to fill up.
