Over the past 11 months I have placed two dozen calls, dozens of tweets, half a dozen emails. Spoken to 4-5 supervisors at Toys r us and gotten barely more than disconnections. This store has HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure you do NOT use "site to store" if you can't print the receipt b/c they will tell you too bad when you try to pick up your item even if you have your photo ID and the card you used to pay for it.
