We are waiting for the last 3 months for someone to call us back, after at least 4 calls placed by my husband due to defective chairs and a leg on the dinning room set we purchased 3 months ago. We have been their customers for 15 years, but with this "extremely poor customer service" we will start looking at another store. They don't have to call us back or repair the furniture we purchased...

I had written a negative comment "Buyer Beware" due to some issues that we had with recent purchases and feeling that we were not getting the service we deserved. I am delighted to say that Babette's and our salesperson Jason did come through for us and kept their promise of "customer first". Our furniture is beautiful and high quality and YES we would definitely purchase from them again!

My husband and I just purchased a new entertainment center from Babette's and could not have been happier with the service that we received. Richard was the sales associate that assisted us. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the pieces that we considered and was up front regarding how long it would take for each one to be delivered.
