Walter came over and fixed it. But it only last for two weeks, and then broke
again for exactly the same reason. After making several phone calls, he came over
again. This time, he said I need to get a new lock. Only after I asked him why the
new waffer broke so fast (he claimed he replaced the waffer), he told...
I was locked out and needed help quickly. The locksmith within a mile from the house was just closing and would not come! BMT arrived quickly and got me in to the house, and was very reasonable with his price. A kind man.
