Horrible Experience - I would not recommend

This is the most unprofessional plumber I have ever dealt with.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER
My experience with B&C Plumbing was nothing but a total waste of time and money. Two individuals from B&C Plumbing came out Thursday 11/21. The two individuals that came to my house appeared to me as incompetent - they didn't even have a flashlight, which I had to provide to them so they could "work" on my water heater. I was told B&C could not find a $15 dollar part and had to replace the entire water heater (2 year old water heater). I was contacted by Lou Ann Rock from B&C Plumbing and asked to take pictures of the water heater, manufacturer number, etc. - this was due to the fact the individuals that came to my house didn't have the common sense to write it down. I question if these guys even knew what they were doing - I have a hard time referring to them as plumbers. Once my home warranty company approved the new water heater, the "plumber" asked me if I would empty the old water heater to "save him some time".
B&C Plumbing collected a $60 callout fee and said they would be back Friday 11/22 (never showed), then first thing Saturday 11/23 (never showed), then absolutely promised Monday 11/25 (guess what, they never showed). Not once did they have the common courtesy to call me and tell me they were running late or that they had to reschedule for the next day. I had to call them - on Friday 11/21 at 4:30 pm, I sent Lou Ann a text asking if we were still on - response: "we are working on it". When I called back at 5 pm she had left for the weekend or what turned out to be Thanksgiving vacation. On Monday 11/25, I called B&C Plumbing and was told the person in charge of scheduling (Lou Ann) was on vacation. At this point, I called my home warranty company and advised them I did not feel comfortable with this plumber in my house and did not trust them after being lied to several times. I felt as if my money was taken from me and services were not rendered as promised. A different plumber was called and services were complete within 24 hours.
I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. I will never use this plumber again and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I do not believe B&C Plumbing to be trustworthy or reliable nor do I believe them to be ethical. Read other peoples reviews regarding B&C Plumbing - coincidence or just the way they do business?
