Every single time I called this company I got an answering machine. I'd receive a call back in about 2.5 hours. When they finally came out to do service not only did they leave the key I left for them in door when they left. They brought the wrong window latch and mailed me the right one. I'd literally pay 25% more to avoid doing business with this company again.
