We have no idea who 392 plumber is, he is not one of the customer emails in our data base. We believe he is a disgruntled Ferguson customer who ran his car over a concrete barrier in our shared parking lot last summer, than was angry that B&B wouldn't put in an insurance claim for him.

The owner is very quick tempered! I approached him with a sitution and he became unglued. Screaming and insulting me. Joking I said he must have alot of return customers, he screamed back " I dont have return customers, and I dont need them!" Is this some one you want to do business with?

I was called alot of things and there was many insults from the owner. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.Does not seem to want to stand for fair practise or behind his work for that matter!
