Had a very bad experience at B&B pet. Wont be going there again. Too bad because I am a big believer in supporting local businesses and have been going there for years. Bought a kit and part of it was broken. They agreed to exchange the broken part but it took almost 2 weeks to get it in stock (much longer than they originally told me). I kept having to check in and when I did, got the same manager who was interested in anything BUT helping me. He was so incredibly rude with me on the phone that I asked to speak with the owners. Ten minutes later they suddenly found my part (which was in the store but he did not know it). I went in to get it and heard the same guy walking through the store loudly taking about me. He walked right by me, loudly insulting me and laughing (unbelievably unprofessional and fairly stupid). Save face in front of your friends, but lose a customer. I prefer my buying experiences to be far less eventful. I agree with many of the other posts.. these folks don't know what service means. I was completely surprised but vindicated to discover how many people have had similar bad experiences here. Its too bad.

Thank you for the customer service we receive every time we come through the front door! Every one of your crew members are so nice. One of your crew members "Janet" has been amazing with our grandsons! We visit B&B about every six weeks and look forward to what we will learn next from Janet. I have purchased over 20 fish from this store and have never had one to die. Some things are a little pricey though. Everyone is very nice and helpful with all of my questions each time we go.
