I've (unfortunatly) had to use thier services 3 times. All three times the car came back looking BETTER than it did going in. They dealt with all insurance company issues, kept to their estimates in both price and time and contacted me…

Unfortunately I have had to use B&B a couple of times. One accident caused a large amount of damage to my quarter panel. Bob handled the insurance and made sure all the damage was corrected. The paint match was perfect and my car has very difficult paint to match. I highly recommend them.

People usually write when service is bad, but service was wonderful. A deer hit my car, I dropped it off on my way home, the parts took awhile to come, but when done the car was beautiful and also cleaned and sparkling for me when I picked up. The girl who works there is very efficient and nice and I was very pleased.

I had an unexpected accident (as most of them are) and stopped in to see what they could do for me. Aside from vacuuming the glass out of my car, they contacted the insurance, and set up everything, I simply had to drop off the car, pick up my rental, and they had it done in the time frame they promised. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
