Ubiquitous food personality Mario Batali and his trusty wine pro Joe Bastianich are the owners of this surprisingly unflashy, inviting (and grossly underappreciated) tribute to the simple foods of the Italian countryside. Along the Venetian's "restaurant row," B&B glows from within its dark-wood and leather confines. You can easily make a meal of several antipasti; choices such as winter root...
Long-time Food Network staple Mario Batali has a couple of Vegas outposts, and this is perhaps the most notable. It looks like an über-Italian trattoria, full of dark wood, quite inviting and unfortunately very loud. Naturally, the desirable room is in the wine cellar. The menu options are a little too casual for the price, and might be intimidating for those uninitiated in Batali, but there's...
Tucked away in the back of The Venetian’s Restaurant Row, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s B&B is one of those rare places on the Strip that doesn’t feel like it’s on the Strip. The cozy yet bustling room with Italian marble and dark wood treatments is reminiscent of intimate supper clubs of another era, though contemporary alternative rock fills the air. The flurry of activity between...
Italian cuisine experts Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich bring another eatery to The Venetian. Quaint cafe entrance leads into a small dining room furnished in dark woods. The kitchen turns out sophisticated versions of rustic Italian classics, including a lengthy antipasti selection and pasta tasting menu.

The service was good .setting beautiful but the food wasn't good at all very salty and extremely overpriced .
Everything was wonderful.
Food was excellent Italian. Our waitress suggested the pork "stinco" with orzatto- excellent However, noise level was way too loud to enjoy a normal conversation with people. Loud music pumped in- why? Food doesn't need this diversion. Busboy kept interrupting us by asking us if he could take our plates, pour water, and lay silverware-just do it for goodness sake-try to be unobtrusive.
The beet salad I started with was amazing and the waiter did a great job suggesting wine. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The pasta course (gnocchi) let me down - not enough flavor in the wild boar ragu - and my main course (short ribs) were a bit dry and set on some polenta that was watery and bland.
outstanding as always. Always go here when in Vegas. Great service and food cooked to perfection. spaghetti with lobster was great, noodles cooked al dente, sauce seasoned perfectly. Whole fish was special, simple and flavorful. Waiters always smiling, great crew
