Completely victimized as an out-of-state military member for fraudelent service performed by Owner & President - Mr. Al Johnson. My rental house A/C unit went bad, and after multiple quotes, AZ Mad was the best deal at $750 for repair & replacement of warrantied parts. The owner Al Johnson was great they acted fast and came out within a few hours they were new professional and fixed my problem and had my unit working in a short time and would definetly use again and highly recommend

Awesome service - Kendrah was very understanding in scheduling me the same day and asked Al to wait for me. I was a few minutes late getting home, he showed up on time. Al was wonderful
