The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. She truly cared about what she does and her clients and ensured they are taken care. She went above and beyond to make sure clients are comfortable and treated professionally and with extra care. I had a horrible botox experience. Too much botox was injected and caused a constant frow of my eyebrows causing the line between my brows to be drastically increased and constant. I could no longer move my eyebrows despite wanting a lift and to make maters worse, I was talked into buying double the units I normally buy for terrible results! I was also talked into buying the full leg vein...

The clinic itself (Mesa) is very clean and everyone is friendly. I never was explained a lot of stuff about hair removal in the beginning. I had to ask the question last visit when my facial hair is actually going to fall out. I've been to 4 sessions and no hair removal yet. Concerned I paid for nothing to work.
