I was referred to At Your Request Restoration by a friend. They ended up doing my roof and I am very satisfied with their work. They worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to deal with the insurance company. They made it very convenient for me and did a great job communicating with me. They followed up well and made it very easy on my part.

I found out about At Your Request Restoration when they were brought in to work on a condo complex to which I belonged. They came to do a dryer vent cleaning for all the units, and I had them do more work for me because the upstairs unit had leaked water into mine.

AYR was very courteous when they came to my home after my basement was flooded. They made me feel really comfortable and at ease since they took charge of bringing my home back to normal. The service men were extremely friendly and very efficient, respectful, and responsible. They took their time to inform me of the steps that were going to be taken so that my home could be restored to a better state that it had previously been in. I would definnetly have no problem in recommending them to any of my family members and friends. Thank You AYR for everything that you did for me and my family.

Not reliable!! Scheduled a one hour service and they cancelled twice, after I had to call them multiple times to figure out why they hadn't showed yet!...
