Not impressed with the bugs in the app. Downloaded the app mid morning and used the $4 off coupon for lunch. Held up the lines the system did not know who I was and would not recognize the code. The management and workers were nice but there is certainly a disconnect between what corporate is doing and the franchise! Please fix it get it right and work out the kinks so that your front line...

While I love the food, everytime I go through the drive through at Thanksgiving point my order is wrong. I just ordered a chicken salad, got charged for a chicken salad but received a veggie salad. I ask for no pico, I get a salad full of pico. I ask for a gluten-'friendly' salad, I get a flour tortilla. The food is great but whom ever is working the drive through needs to work on their reading...

Good job Costa Vida I was super excited to try your new location in Twin Falls, but your lack of response to so many bad complaints show truly how unorganized your company is. They confuse "trendy" with loud and pushy. At one point I had three different people talking to me trying to rush the order through the line and there was no one behind us. The music was so loud that the people behind the counter couldn't hear my child who was speaking very loudly and clearly. By the time we paid I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there.
