John has never returned my bifold doors he was supposed to shorten after I had carpeting installed. He could not do the job at my home because he did not have the correct tools for the job, although he had come out to see what was needed and to give me an estimate. He has not returned my calls. John repaired the springs on my recliner and repaired my pull out garbage drawer in the kitchen. Service was fast, complete and repaired at a fair price. I would highly recommend him. Excellent customer service.

Extremely pleased with John's work. He was very willing to accommodate our time frame, worked quickly and did a very professional job on our sliding door. Then he stayed to help with another project! Personable and professional and would certainly hire him again.
