I am a difficult person to please but this avis store. Bent over backwards to get me and my 7 person family to Colorado. We tried everything so this was our last option. Long story short we ended...

Michelle was AMAZING!!! She took such good care of us! Late on a Friday she stayed until after closing to make us happy. We returned two cars, not their fault, just us wanting something different!...

If you value your time or peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this business!!! ( I'd Give them a 0 if possible) Long story short, Penny the manager RUINED our trip by not informing us of the details...
