Expect to be here at least an hour. Poorly staffed ,tiny, dirty little office. Next time I won't mind paying extra elsewhere to save myself the frustration.

I tried 4 X to reach this office and they never picked up. it always rolls over to the call center. I REALLY dislike automated pretend voice prompts that waste my time. I won't rent from AVIS...
